The State Of Oregon is unique with contrasting terrain from the thick evergreen forests in the west to the prairies and deserts in the east. Admittedly so, Captain Blue Eye prefers the western territory over the eastern within these orders. The locals lay claim to The Captains preference being one of high mountain adventures through thick forests, but those closer to The Captain believe the comfort of a sunset over coastal waters be his innermost desires.

which area has the higher concentration of treasures and caches. Local
treasure hunters, however, have yet to identify the exact locations The
Captain tends to visit. Tavern scuttlebutt claims a treasure map was
found on the southwestern coastline, but was dismissed as "a fake" due
to references of a magical island.
